Aging skin isn’t a product problem. It’s a foundation problem.

You’ve spent years (and a small fortune) on serums, facials, and injectables — and your skin still isn’t where you want it to be. You’re not failing. You’ve been sold step 8 and skipped steps 1 through 7. This is the foundation underneath: the science of skin that stays resilient for decades, from a Harvard-trained dermatologist.

Sound familiar?

You were sold the surface.

The products don't last

Hundreds on serums and creams that work for a week — then a new ‘miracle’ the next month.

The procedures don't hold

Injectables and lasers that look great walking out, then fade and need redoing every few months.

Your face keeps changing

You’re doing everything right — and your skin still looks more tired, less firm, older than you feel.

The problem was never your discipline, or your products. No one ever built the foundation those products sit on — and that foundation is 90% of the result.

Your skincare routine is step 8, not step 1.

Sleep, hormones, nutrition, inflammation, muscle — that’s where your skin health is actually made or lost. Build the foundation, and everything you put on top finally works — and lasts.

The method

One system. Eight levers. In the order that actually works.

Not another routine. A complete blueprint for skin longevity — each lever sequenced so it makes the next one work better.

01

Sleep, stress & circadian skin

Your skin repairs on a clock. Get the overnight window right and everything downstream works better.

02

The gut–skin axis

Calm the internal inflammation that surfaces as redness, breakouts, and dullness.

03

Nutrition for collagen

The raw materials skin is built from — protein first, and the nutrients that turn it into collagen.

04

Movement & muscle

Muscle is an organ that signals to your skin. The right training thickens it and slows aging.

05

Hormones

The biggest hidden lever after 35 — what shifts, what’s worth testing, and what actually helps.

06

GLP-1 medications & skin

How to protect your face on these drugs — the layers of change, and the plan that prevents them.

07

The frontier

Emerging science worth watching — separated from the hype, with what’s ready to use now.

08

Topicals & procedures

Now the actives and in-office tools — last, and far more effective on a solid foundation.

What changes

By the end, you won’t be guessing anymore.

Build the foundation, and the results finally hold.

Before and after
What we did
  • Improved sleep
  • Lowered inflammation through diet
  • Balanced hormones
  • One active topical
  • One IPL for redness — last, after the foundation
Real results

We address the root, not just the surface.

No filter, no single procedure — a sequence. When the foundation is in place, the actives and in-office tools you add at the end do far more, and the results hold.

  • You’ve tried the products and want what they’re missing
  • You’re 35+ or in perimenopause and seeing your skin change
  • You’re on — or considering — a GLP-1 medication
  • You want real science, not fear-mongering
Dr. Jennifer Herrmann
Who’s teaching you

I’m Dr. Jennifer Herrmann.

Double board-certified dermatologist. Fellowship-trained. Educated in Functional + Longevity Medicine.

For years, I practiced the way I was trained — from the outside in. The most advanced lasers, injectables, and formulations in the world. My patients left looking radiant. But I kept seeing the same thing: the results never truly lasted, because we were refining a surface no one had built to last.

So I went looking for the foundation. Alongside my training in dermatology and Mohs surgery — Princeton, Harvard, a fellowship at UCSF — I pursued advanced study in peptide therapeutics, functional medicine, and longevity science, devoting my work to how skin actually ages: cellular, hormonal, metabolic. Longevity, it turns out, is designable.

The Inside-Out Method is everything I wish every patient understood — long before they ever book a procedure.

Questions

Good to know.

Who is this for?
Anyone who wants their skin to age well from the inside out — whether you’re just starting or already deep into skincare and sensing something foundational is missing. It’s especially powerful if you’re 35 or older, navigating perimenopause, or on (or considering) a GLP-1 medication, when the rules of skin quietly change. You don’t need to be a “skincare person” — you need to be ready to build skin that lasts instead of chasing the next product.
Is this just “eat well and sleep more”?
No. The levers sound simple — sleep, nutrition, hormones, movement — but almost no one applies them in a way that actually reaches the skin. You’ll get the specific targets, the science behind each one, the order they matter in, and exactly how to put them to work. It’s the difference between “get more sleep” and understanding the window your skin repairs in, and how to protect it.
I already get Botox, filler, or lasers — is this still for me?
Yes — and it’s what makes those worth it. Procedures are step 8 for a reason: on a strong foundation, the in-office tools you choose do more, last longer, and you need less of them. This isn’t anti-procedure — it’s how you stop relying on them to do a job your foundation should be doing.
Do I need medications or expensive supplements?
No. The foundation is built mostly on things that cost nothing — how you sleep, eat, move, and manage stress and hormones. We cover supplements and medications honestly, including the ones that are a waste of money and the few genuinely worth considering, so you spend on what works and skip what doesn’t. Most people save money here, not spend more.
How much time does it take?
It’s self-paced. Most weeks are a 30–60 minute lesson plus one or two small changes to put into practice, and the live Q&A is there when you want to go deeper, so you can move at the pace your life allows.
Is this medical advice?
No — it’s education, not a consultation. You’ll get the science and a clear framework to bring to your own physician, especially for anything involving hormones, medications, or a medical condition. Think of it as becoming the most informed patient in the room — not replacing the doctor in it.
When does it open?
Enrollment runs in small cohorts so the live Q&A stays intimate. Join the waitlist and you’ll be first to know when the next one opens — with the launch price and the free Inside-Out Method guide in the meantime.
